Recognized globally as a thought leader in personal branding and public relations
I grew up watching what it looks like when someone believes in the value of people long before the world recognizes them.
My mother spent her career walking through the back-bush regions of Jamaica in waist-high boots, meeting artisans whose gifts were raw, beautiful, and overlooked. She didn’t give them their talent — she helped them refine it, present it well, and bring it to markets that could appreciate their work. Her leadership helped establish Jamaica’s cottage-craft industry, earned her the Order of Distinction, and brought her to Buckingham Palace to meet the Queen of England.
Her example shaped me.
She taught me that talent is God-given, but visibility must be cultivated — and that without visibility, brilliance stays hidden.
My entire body of work reflects that same truth. I’ve spent my life helping people document what they already know so they can scale what they already are.
The Early Years: A Pattern of Structure, Documentation, and Scale
Long before I founded PSI TV or created REACHology®, I led the Frequent Flyer Program for Air Jamaica — a small, fledgling idea handed to me with only a handful of members. In less than three years, I increased membership by 212%, brought Delta Airlines into a code-share partnership, created the 7th Heaven Newsletter, and proved to the C-suite that our frequent flyers were more valuable to the airline than new business.
But the real turning point wasn’t the growth.
It was the documentation.
Every memo, every idea, every strategy, every feasibility study — I documented it. I conducted focus groups across the United States and turned our membership list into a monetizable media asset that organizations were eager to advertise in. Even the Government of Jamaica reached out because we had unintentionally created one of the country’s most valuable diaspora databases.
When I left to move to Tampa, I handed over a full binder — letters, contacts, newsletters, strategies, processes, and systems. Computers were new back then, but I used one. Everything was preserved.
The man who inherited that binder, Roger, started with no background in loyalty programs. Today, he is the Chief of Loyalty Services for Marigold, a global leader in customer engagement.
This is the power of documented structure.
This is the power of architecture.
This is the proof that the ideas behind Authority Architecture™ were present in my work long before I had a name for them.
From Corporate Structure to Expert Visibility
The same pattern followed me into entrepreneurship.
I saw how many seasoned professionals — especially leaders 45 and older — were being overlooked in a digital world driven by speed, novelty, and algorithms. Their mastery was real, but their visibility was not. Their expertise lived inside their mind and heart, where it could not scale, and where younger, louder voices could eclipse them online.
I founded PSI TV to solve that problem.
Instead of waiting for crowded platforms to recognize depth, I built a media space where substantive voices are welcomed and elevated. Internet-connected TV gave experts an opportunity that never existed before — a way to be seen on a major stage without gatekeepers.
That platform grew into an interconnected ecosystem:
- REACHology® — measuring influential reach
- Authority Architecture™ — the blueprint for discoverability, credibility, and structured visibility
- Nom de Valeur™ — elevating a brand’s perceived value
- Influence Media News — documenting expert authority and media strategy
- A suite of AI tools and media channels that strengthen the discoverability of expert voices
Authority Architecture™ was formally introduced through a public press release, establishing it as a recognized category in the personal branding and media landscape. It brings structure to an area long dominated by vague advice and overwhelming content demands.
What I Believe About Influence
My heart is especially for leaders who have spent decades building careers rooted in competence, character, and consistency — not self-promotion. Their mastery is real, but undocumented. Their wisdom is proven, but invisible in the digital landscape. Their legacy is profound, but vulnerable to being forgotten.
Documented mastery becomes findable mastery.
Findable mastery becomes influential mastery.
Influential mastery becomes legacy.
My work is not a done-for-you formula. It’s a collaborative partnership where we extract, articulate, and elevate the structure that made someone successful — and then build the authority signals that help the world recognize it.
Clients finish with a presence they can sustain long after our work together ends.
My faith guides my leadership. I believe God places a message, a mission, and a light inside each of us. Matthew 5:14–16 reminds me that light is not meant to be hidden. If your work can serve others, it belongs on a hill — or in today’s world, on a platform that allows it to reach those who need it.
The Work I Was Born to Do
Looking back, my path has been consistent:
- My mother elevated unseen artisans.
- I built scalable systems in aviation.
- I documented structures that outlived my role.
- I helped launch the career of a global loyalty leader.
- I created platforms where today’s experts can become discoverable and influential.
Influence, for me, is stewardship.
Visibility is responsibility.
And legacy is the impact we leave when our structure outlives our presence.
Authority Architecture™ is not a shift in my work — it is the clear expression of what I have been building my entire life.
If you’re committed to your message and ready to take intentional steps, I can guide you as you build the authority signals and visibility pathways that elevate your expertise and strengthen your reach.
